The Harmon ReDevelopment Group is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit developer committed to creating deeply affordable, high-quality housing in Detroit's underserved neighborhoods. We are currently advancing a 50-unit LIHTC development at an identified target site in Detroit's Islandview / Greater Villages corridor. We are actively building our development team.
