Partner With Us

The Harmon ReDevelopment Group is actively building the team to advance our 50-unit affordable housing development in Detroit's Islandview corridor. We are looking for experienced partners across several categories.

We are seeking an experienced 9% LIHTC co-developer with a completed Michigan portfolio. If you have placed LIHTC projects in service and are open to a co-development conversation with a mission-driven nonprofit sponsor, we want to hear from you.

Discuss Co-Development

We are targeting predevelopment capital in the $25,000–$75,000 range to advance feasibility work, site control, and consultant engagement. We are also building relationships with construction and permanent lenders for when the deal is ready to close.

Explore Financing Partnership

We are seeking a qualified LIHTC property management firm with demonstrated Michigan compliance experience to join the development team.

Discuss Property Management

We are building relationships with mission-aligned nonprofit organizations to deliver resident services when the project opens. We are specifically looking for partners focused on housing stabilization, workforce readiness, and financial literacy. If your organization serves Detroit residents in these areas and is interested in being part of this development, we would love to connect.

Explore Resident Services Partnership

We are actively recruiting experienced professionals to serve on the Advisory Board of The Harmon ReDevelopment Group. Advisory board members play a consultative role, sharing expertise and opening doors as we advance our first LIHTC development. We are seeking individuals with experience in: LIHTC development (a developer or co-developer who has placed 9% tax credit projects in service in Michigan); LIHTC finance and syndication (a syndicator, CDFI lender, or equity investor familiar with Michigan QAP); real estate law (an attorney with experience in LIHTC transactions, land use, or affordable housing finance); construction and architecture (a contractor or architect with multifamily affordable housing experience in Detroit); property management (a LIHTC-certified property manager with Michigan compliance experience); and community development (a Detroit-based practitioner with deep ties to the neighborhoods we serve). This is a volunteer advisory role. If you are interested or know someone who would be a strong fit, please reach out at info@harmonredevelopments.com.
